Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ZHX Labs collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.Last updated October 14, 2026

What we collect

We collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, and anonymous statistics about how the site is used. Through the contact form:

  • Your name and email address, so we can reply.
  • Your company name, if you add it.
  • The topic you pick and the message you write.

How we use it

We use your message to understand your project and reply to you. We may keep the conversation so we have the context if we work together or you write again.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

Services that handle it

Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider. The company that hosts this website may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. Google Analytics, run by Google, measures how visitors use the site. These providers process the data to provide their service to us.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are from and what device they use. It sets cookies to tell visits apart. We use these statistics only to improve the site, not for advertising. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and how to turn them off.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data. Fonts are served from our own website, not loaded from a third party.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as they are useful for the conversation or our work together, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact page and we will respond as soon as we can.

Data in projects we build

This policy covers this website only. When we build or run software for a client, how data in that system is handled is agreed in writing with that client, including any healthcare or other regulated data.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
